Lead strategy & processes to optimize installation and balance‑of‑plant for 3 MW‑and‑under onshore wind.

Tasks

-Drive innovation related to installation and balance of plant optimization -Ensure installation readiness for new product launches for all relevant regions -Own and maintain the tooling & fixture databases to aide in appropriate project management of tooling development and deployment to regions on-time and within expected costs -Drive engagement with regional teams to incorporate local requirements for successful product launches -Create and execute an action plan to achieve product targets; highlight gaps and develop/execute opportunities to close -Own the installation and balance of plant should cost models -Develop business cases to prioritize product, tool, and capability developments

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Wind industry -Deep expertise in wind installation and/or balance of plant construction management -Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders around a common goal -Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university -Strong project management experience, leading cross-functional, global projects -Ability to distill large amounts of information and effectively communicate key messages
