  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of all commercial office initiatives, ensuring alignment with BLT’s broader business and asset management goals.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of leasing, marketing, and operations professionals; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to position assets competitively and strengthen BLT’s brand presence within the commercial real estate market.
