The Role

Overview

Manage engineering drawing documents, workflows and printing tasks.

Tasks

-Perform hard copy plotting and troubleshoot paper jams in printers. -Engage in hard copy production tasks approximately 1-2 days per week. -Assist with the check-out and check-in of engineering drawings. -Facilitate engineering workflows including ECNs and FCNs. -Communicate effectively with customers regarding documentation processes.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Demonstrate proficiency with document control systems and maintain attention to detail. -Experience in construction administration is a plus. -Minimum of 6 months of experience or familiarity with document controls. -Experience in document control and data entry. -High School diploma. -Familiarity with project administration and coordination.
