Assist superintendent in field management, supervise trades, ensure schedule and budget compliance.

Tasks
-Organizes people, tools, and equipment and manages multiple activities to accomplish desired results. -Supervises various Amoroso trade employees -Effectively measures quality and craftsmanship and directs employees to make changes, if necessary. -Assists Superintendent in ensuring the project closeout process is finalized to settle all financial obligations, demobilize all resources, and transition the project to the customer. -Promotes safety and site cleanliness on job site and implements, enforces, and effectively manages Amoroso’s safety policy and procedures. -Manages changes in schedule, changes in scope, and monitors and reports delays to work. -Makes decisions under tight deadlines. -Plans and requisitions materials. -Collaborates with Superintendent to manage labor and achieve productivity to meet time and cost targets. -Directs and coordinates subcontractor and Company field personnel in designated areas of expertise.

What You Bring
-BS. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field preferred, or minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience. -Understands project specifications, the contract, and the contract’s general conditions, and confirms that all materials and subcontract work comply with contract documents and quality specifications. -Ability to understand and read drawings and specifications. -Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).
