Overview

Develop and manage EHS programs ensuring compliance and safety at metal plant.

Tasks

-Develop and review risk assessments, such as JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses). -Develop and drive safety initiatives that foster a positive safety culture. -Develop, manage, and implement EHS programs in line with federal, state, local, and corporate requirements. -Conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management. -Help develop new and revised programs such as LOTO, Emergency Response, Fall Protection, etc.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree, preferably in Occupational Safety, or a relevant major. -5+ years of EHS experience in heavy manufacturing or similar industries. -Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. -Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
