Tasks

Building relationships with suppliers and organising CPD days Assume an assistant role in design presentations in communicating with clients and ensure that format is compatible with office and client standards/requirements Participate in the establishment and maintenance of FF&E design standards for the company Liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget Help develop and execute the FF&E direction for overall project and communicate to the project team Working on project ‘fit-outs’ and overseeing the installation of FF&E alongside contractors - involving stays away from home Keep abreast of new trends that may influence FF&E design scheme Designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details Communicate project status to senior FF&E designer on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members, including the operations director Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project Assisting with relevant social media and marketing tasksMust have architect design experience. Liaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget
