TRS is looking for a technically capable and detail-driven Procurement Analyst to join our clients team for a 12 month assignment. The Procurement Analyst plays a key role in managing all Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes that support operational, technical, and project needs. This position also oversees contingent workforce engagements, from initial request through to completion and close-out. -Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all requisition details are complete for PO issuance. -Manage resource requests, awards, and documentation for consultants and staffing firms. -Handle all procurement steps, from receiving requisitions to sourcing, issuing purchase orders (POs), and completing final reconciliations and close-outs. -Enter and maintain P2P data in Oracle to support procurement requests. -Update standard language as needed. -Provide updates, expedite orders when necessary, monitor vendor performance, and contribute to vendor scorecards. -Work with vendors, procurement leadership, and legal teams to finalize contract terms that mitigate risk and align with corporate objectives.
