Tasks
-Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, assets, and resolutions within the IT service management system. -Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with Mark-Taylor's guiding principles. -Monitor and uphold IT security standards, including endpoint protection, patching, and compliance procedures. -Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and property management platforms. -Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing timely assistance via phone, email, Teams, or in-person requests. -Configure, image, and deploy devices (computers, tablets, and mobile) using Intune and standard IT procedures. -Support and maintain A/V systems, digital signage, and conference room technology setups. -Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and coordinate technology installations. -Assist with network and Wi-Fi support, including Unifi device maintenance and Azure AD/MFA account management. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues for both corporate and community users.

What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments. -Basic understanding of A/V systems, HDMI/DisplayPort connectivity, and conference room technology is preferred. -Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. -Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills. -1-2 years of experience in a HelpDesk or IT Support role. -Prior experience in property management or managed services a plus. -Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals) preferred. -Familiarity with macOS, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Unifi networks preferred. -Experience with RMM or ticketing systems (e.g., VSAX/Kaseya, Autotask, or ConnectWise).
