Tasks

-Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and regulatory agencies. -Monitor rent collection, control expenses, and address delinquencies. -Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner. -Conduct regular property inspections to identify and mitigate risks. -Prepare and present reports on property performance, occupancy, and financial metrics to senior leadership. -Ensure compliance with housing laws, fair housing regulations, and organizational policies. -Analyze financial reports and recommend cost-saving measures. -Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and tenant retention. -Oversee the leasing process, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewals. -Supervise, train, and mentor housing staff, including property managers, maintenance teams, and administrative personnel. -Identify opportunities for property improvements and oversee capital projects. -Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. -Prepare and manage budgets for assigned properties, ensuring financial goals are met. -Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff.

-Strong leadership and team management skills. -Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements. -Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in property management, housing operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. -Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
