Tasks
-Coordinate with survey crews to ensure field data aligns with design requirements. -Maintain organized project files and documentation for internal and external review. -Design and draft right-of-way plans using CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and OpenRoads. -Assist in preparing documentation for public agencies, utility companies, and property owners. -Prepare parcel plats, easement exhibits, and legal descriptions for acquisition and permitting. -Review title reports, deeds, and other property documents to identify existing right-of-way and easements. -Interpret survey data, legal descriptions, and engineering plans to create accurate right-of-way exhibits. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land acquisition and right-of-way.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and OpenRoads. -2+ years of experience in ODOT right-of-way plan preparation. -Strong understanding of right-of-way design and survey data interpretation. -A degree in civil engineering or a related field is a plus.
