Tasks

-Responsible for supporting retention and succession planning of BIM/CAD team. -Oversee adherence to technical standards and meet quality control and quality assurance requirements in accordance with BH CAD Standards, specifications and BIM standards. -Helping maintain the culture and positive working environment in the team. -The position will involve internal client liaison, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, winning work to achieve team utilisation and financial control of projects. -Responsible for ensuring work is delivered to budget, programme and technical standards and meet QA & QC -Leading the BIM/CAD team and providing support and mentoring to ensure quality in project deliverables. -Responsible for quality and managing quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions -Engage with our vibrant community through the Young Employees Forum, Diversity and Inclusion Forum, and BH Women's Network, fostering a supportive and diverse workplace culture -Direct line management, including mentoring and managing junior staff ensuring technical excellence is in everything we deliver.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM/CAD modelling, focusing on infrastructures projects -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -A diploma or bachelor's or equivalent degree in civil engineering -The ability to produce 2d and 3d models, design and construction drawings in delivering infrastructures schemes. -Hands on experience with various automation tools and using scripts -Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Vehicle tracking, Navisworks and BIM collaboration tools. -Expertise is in 3d clash detections tools and design coordination -Communicate in English effectively, both written and spoken. -Expertise is developing BIM executions plans and implementing it using various collaboration tools like BIM 360/ACC etc -Solid knowledge of the relevant standard details in compliance with domestic and international market requirements -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with no supervision. -Expertise in producing infrastructure designs/drawings such as roads, earthworks, drainage layouts, utility layouts, schedules etc. -Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
