The Role

Overview

Lead on-site execution of facility upgrades, maintenance and construction projects at Helion HQ.

Tasks

-Oversee subcontractor performance across scope, schedule, and quality requirements -Perform hands-on work as needed -Manage site logistics for facility projects, including deliveries, equipment setup, and access control -Coordinate daily activities of Helion’s facilities teams -Develop and maintain written workplans and schedules to align resources and deadlines -Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and resolve field issues -Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, punch lists, and completion checklists

What You Bring

-Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications -Ability to coordinate work and resolve issues with internal teams and external vendors -10+ years of experience in commercial construction or facilities management -Experience managing internal crews and subcontractors on active job sites -Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments with limited drawings, specifications, or layout plans -Knowledge of facility electrical infrastructure and related trades -Skilled with hand tools, shop equipment, and finishing tools
