Operate and maintain water treatment plants, pipelines and equipment for sustainable operations.

Tasks

-Assist with plant optimisation and reporting activities -Operate and monitor all plant equipment, processes, and systems to meet operational targets -Collect water samples for internal and external testing and analysis -Troubleshoot and rectify equipment/process faults and alarms -Perform preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on plant assets -Operate mobile water analysis equipment (Aquadiag vehicle) statewide -Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality policies/procedures

What You Bring

-Ability to liaise and form working relationships with key clients and stakeholders -Knowledge of water treatment engineering practices. -The position requires participation in the on call roster -Experience working effectively and autonomously with minimal supervision -Experience in the maintenance of pumps, pipelines, instruments and other mechanical equipment.
