Manage highway/roadway engineering projects, overseeing design, client relations, and budgets

Tasks

-Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance -Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule -Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreedto schedule -Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings -Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning team throughout entire project' s development -Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed -Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium singlediscipline engineering projects or large, routine projects -Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of project management experience -FDOT and Florida local government experience -Demonstrated strong communication skills -Minimum of 7 years of postregistration (PE) experience on roadway engineering projects -Experience in marketing including preparing presentations and technical proposals -Local candidates preferred
