Executive - Facility

Oversee facility operations, managing housekeeping, security, technical services, and compliance.

Tasks

-Manage consumables, stock control, and pantry supplies. -Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and escalate issues on time. -Support sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste segregation, EPI tracking). -Ensure statutory compliance (CLRA, Fire NOC, PSARA, ESI/PF, etc.). -Act as first point of contact for employee workplace-related concerns. -Assist in budget preparation, vendor billing verification, and MIS/MMR reports. -Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and technical teams for daily operations. -Monitor AMC vendors for HVAC, DG, UPS, lifts, fire systems, and utilities.

What You Bring

-2–5 years of facility management experience. -Vendor management & negotiation skills. -Exposure to corporate offices, IT parks, labs, or commercial facilities. -Understanding of statutory & compliance requirements. -Knowledge of facility operations, housekeeping, and technical maintenance. -Graduate (preferred: Facility/Operations/Engineering background). -Strong communication, reporting, and MS Excel/Power BI knowledge preferred.
