AR Team Lead

Lead a team of AR finance specialists, manage performance, processes, and cash flow.

Tasks

-Work closely and ensure good communication and collaboration with the AR Collections Team -Manage the day to day shared services Accounts Receivable function within the defined process standards. -Responsible for preparing detailed Treasury Cashflow Forecasts -Close Collaboration with the Business Operations, Sales, Treasury & Banking and Payment Teams -Responsible for reporting on Orders on Hold to Business Ops -Preparation of Operational, SOX and Executive Reports -Reviewing processes and controls for any areas where improvement can be or needs to be made and proposing and implementing solutions -Responsible for the People & Performanace Management of a team of 7 Accounts Receivable Finance Specialists – ensuring quality 1:1s are performed, development plans discussed and operational activities covered and spread fairly across the team -Ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets as assigned by management are achieved and prioritising the cash application, AR manual transaction, preparation, invoice portal upload mgt, credit management and Supplier Master data KPIs are adhered to. -Occasional travel may be required.

What You Bring

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. -Oracle experience is an advantage. -2+ years’ experience in similar positions. -Strong negotiation skills. -Ability to work to tight deadlines in order to achieve daily/weekly/monthly collections targets. -Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks. -Fluent both written and spoken English. Any other additional languages will be an advantage. -Excellent People Management skills -Analytical skills with high attention to detail. -Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. -Excellent communication skills. -Previous experience in fast paced multinational environments.
