Tasks

-Analyze data and prepare a summary that succinctly conveys key conclusions to project stakeholders -Collaborates across functions to leverage Covestro’s materials know-how to maximize the impact and speed of the project. -Coordinate experimental work that includes material preparation, injection-molding and materials testing -Devise test plans to understand how material formulation influences key physical properties, in line with typical customer expectations in a given application.

What You Bring

-Completion of junior year. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program at the time of the internship, which is May 2026-August 2026 -Project coordination with the ability to be proactive and identify creative, effective technical solutions. -Focus in one of the following majors: Chemistry, Polymer Science, Plastics, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering. -Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to interact and establish strong working relationships with diverse individuals. -Demonstrated PC skills and ability to work within Microsoft Office programs. -Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above strongly preferred. -Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science majors preferred. -Completion of freshman year.
