Oversee daily operations, finances, compliance, and stakeholder relations for residential properties.

Tasks

-Ensuring the Business’s assets are protected through high level of compliance, security and control. -Maintaining an effective control of all costs and the smooth operation of the Property -Ensuring open and on-going communication between all stakeholders to the Property (guests/tenants/owners/Body Corporate) -Ensure that building procedures are maintained onsite; alongside maintaining up to date site documentation and compliance -Prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings -Ensuring all guests, tenant, contractors, owners and Body Corporate relations are attended to in a positive manner and expected services are provided.
