The Role
Overview
Create detailed CAD drawings for interior fit‑out projects, supporting design to construction.

Tasks
-Coordinate drawings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams -Prepare layouts, floor plans, elevations, and technical sections -Create detailed 2D CAD drawings from design briefs and mark-ups -Assist in preparing drawings for planning and building control submissions -Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes -Support project delivery from design through to construction

What You Bring
-Exposure to high-quality interior fit-out and refurbishment projects -Relevant qualification in CAD, Construction, Architecture or Design an advantage -Keen eye for detail and spatial awareness -Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings -Excellent communication and organisational skills -1–3 years' experience in a similar CAD Technician role within construction or interior design -Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp or Revit knowledge a bonus)
