Tasks

The successful candidate will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. -Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented. -Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings. -Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings. -Work with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry -Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability. -Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists -Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion. -Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations. -Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met -Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages. -Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out. -Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team. -Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.

What You Bring

You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality. We have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Dublin. -Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel -At least 7 years relevant experience -Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects -Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills -Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
