Lead GAI‑Tronics sales in LA & TX, building client relationships and managing project lifecycles.

Tasks

-Grow and maintain an active CRM Project Funnel in alignment with corporate guidelines. -Coordinate and participate in regional cross-selling initiatives with the O&G Vertical Sales Team and the Hubbell C&I Sales Team. -Assist as needed throughout the Southwest Region when directed by the National Sales Manager. -Build new client relationships. Establish and maintain high level contacts with all customers and buying influences within the region. -Timely reporting on forecast, funnel, market trends, competitive threats, opportunities, and changes to regional market conditions when requested. -Responsible for the achievement of regional sales targets primarily in the Louisiana and Texas markets. -Report all travel and entertainment expenses accurately, on time, and within corporate guidelines.

What You Bring

-Proficient at tracking and documenting the lifecycle of a project from Front-End-Engineering Design/Detailed Engineering Design/Purchasing/Factory Acceptance Testing/System Start-Up/Aftercare Support. -Experience with working with large EPC's and End-Users is preferred. -4-8 years of O&G experience and/or communication systems experience. -Relationship building and presentation skills. -Travel up to 50% -BS/BA preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or other Industrial or Engineering Management disciplines, or proven 10 plus years experience in the industrial communications industry. -Must be proficient in all MS Office applications.
