Manages DC logistics, documentation, and communication to support shipments and workflow.

Tasks

-Complete forms and paperwork for office personnel as required. -Obtain hazardous material shipping training; complete all hazardous material paperwork as required. -Maintain accurate, complete paperwork and proper forwarding of all International documentation. -Maintain warehouse supply spreadsheet as required. -Maintain and order office supplies on a monthly basis. -Maintain required files and rotate as required each year. -Create documentation for shipments as required. -Maintain open communication relationship with Domestic and International Order Services and assist in efforts to resolve issues. -Greet and direct all DC visitors. -Answer and route incoming phone calls as required. -Make copies and fax paperwork as required. -File all required paperwork created in job duties in a timely manner. -Maintain accurate spreadsheet on all incoming and outgoing International parts shipments. -Communicate with Toro Fleet and common carriers as required. -Research any discrepancies that arise and work with all parties until resolved. -Post goods issue on shipments.

What You Bring

-Proficient with personal computers to include email, Internet, Microsoft excel and word, SAP -Excellent customer service skills. -1 to 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or order fulfillment experience -Become proficient in the use of the Transportation Management System and SAP. -High School diploma or equivalent
