Tasks

-Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities, helping to ensure accuracy and reliability in material tracking systems. -Support a culture of safety and compliance by following all OSHA regulations and company policies related to material handling and workplace conduct. -Deliver materials to designated points of use on the production floor or within the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow and minimal downtime. -Utilize hand and power tools as needed for packaging, kitting, or basic material prep. -Accurately pick, stage, and process materials and parts to support daily production and shipping needs. -Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with operational goals. -Operate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the facility. -Collaborate closely with assembly teams and warehouse staff to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to requests. -Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment through regular housekeeping and 5S practices.
