Tasks
-Increase adoption of tooling to ensure accurate and transparent project tracking. -Supporting project initiation activities such as planning, requirements gathering, and scope definition -Maintain alignment between Product and Tech teams to achieve successful product outcomes. -Coordinating testing and release planning, ensuring smooth and timely deployments -Helping teams continuously improve delivery workflows and cross-team communication -Providing leadership with structured, actionable updates on project health and delivery risks -Proactively identify risks and define action plans with Tech managers to keep projects on track. -Ensure that solution designs outline technical approach, align with business objectives, and minimise risk. -Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the UK and Australia to drive delivery of technical and product initiatives -Facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives -Work independently while coordinating with the Global TPM to ensure alignment on delivery frameworks, proactively share project-level updates, and keep project tracking (e.g. JIRA) consistently up to date to maintain visibility across time zones. Bring forward solutions or recommendations to improve execution and delivery practices. -Provide senior leadership with clear project visibility through structured reporting. -Promote transparent communication across teams, ensuring that expectations, dependencies, and risks are well understood. -Work closely with Product to ensure that they define clear, actionable, and well-prioritised PRDs. -Tracking progress across teams, managing risks and blockers, and ensuring clear visibility of project status via tools like JIRA -Work with tech managers to ensure sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and progress tracking are in place across Tech teams. -Ensure projects are effectively planned, tracked, and executed in a low-friction manner

What You Bring
-Experience leading technical project management in a global, multi-region organization. -Expertise with IT project and workflow management tools, in particular effectively utilising JIRA. -Experience managing technical projects end-to-end from collaboration with Product on PRDs to tech delivery. -Evidence of strong leadership, able to bring about change and collate the information needed to inform stakeholders and highlight issues. -Proficient in both traditional and agile delivery approaches, with hands-on experience in upfront planning as well as agile frameworks like SCRUM and Kanban. -Experience expertly managing stakeholders and balancing the needs of Product, Tech, and senior leadership. -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. -Experience working in energy, or related industries. -Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM -Knowledge of power markets or the renewable energy sector. -Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on project performance. -Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. -Experience maturing existing project management practices and educating managers. -Experience working with software development and data science teams, preferably coming from a technical background yourself.
