Tasks
-Source properties and clients by researching local and national databases. -Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. -Assist with creating property marketing campaigns that include property information materials, comparable market evaluations, and targeted mailing lists. This includes flyers, property brochures, and proposals. -Gather documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments. -Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. -Perform client property tours, resolve client issues, and reply to client pricing inquiries. -Track and report on replies and communications from sourcing activities. -Maintain and update marketing database system, intranet, and external website. -Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. -Assist with the plan of action of marketing particular properties. Support Sales team members with the implementation of business strategies.

What You Bring
-Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. -Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Internet research and web publishing skills. -High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Real Estate Salesperson license required. -A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. -Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
