Tasks

-Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field. -Managing labour and employment litigations, this includes understanding of employment laws, conducting thorough investigations and exploring all available resolution options. -Providing guidance and counsel in union negotiations and employee relations matters. -Supporting internal human resources teams in all employment legal related matters and providing needed guidance. -Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems

What You Bring

-Fluency in Arabic & English. -Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. -A bachelor’s or master’s degree in legal. -Previous experience in influencing senior stakeholders. -A minimum of 3 years of experience in labour and employment for UAE or Saudi. -Specializing in laws & regulations/policies & practices as it pertains to employees, including in the areas of benefits, compensation and human rights. -Prior experience in house or in a law firm. -A valid admission to local legal bar exam.
