As an Electrical Project Foreman for Randall your primary responsibility will be overseeing and coordinating all job site functions. You will work with the Operations Team to establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project. The Foreman will be required to organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment. The Foreman will also be required to keep the projects on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, industry standards and Randall Safety protocols.

  • Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
  • Oversee, manage and administrate electrical construction projects to ensure deadlines and budget constraints are met.
  • Create punchlist, look-aheads and work with Procore, PlanGrid & Bluebeam.
  • Supervise and support a team of electricians, ensuring they deliver high-quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations, project managers, coordinators, and team members to achieve project milestones.
  • Review plans and specs to guarantee proper installations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Manage project budgets, labor, and materials efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with your expert knowledge.
  • Implement Quality Control to maintain our reputation for excellence and minimize rework.

Randall’s Electrical Division is currently seeking a top-tier Commercial Electrical Project Foreman to work on large scale projects throughout Orlando & Central Florida. We are excited about this important role and are determined to consider the best and brightest candidates who meet our requirements.

You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.

Our selection will be driven by the skills / qualifications above as well as the ability to develop relationships with clients and co-workers to maximize your professional opportunities.

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • OSHA-30 Certified.
  • Ability to pass drug screen and reference check.
  • Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong background in commercial projects, including new construction and renovations.
  • Ability to work in a construction environment and maintain focus on providing high-level customer service at a professional level.
  • 7+ years of commercial electrical project experience with at least 4 years as a Foreman
  • Experience with electrical budgets ranging from $500k to $3+ million.
  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety procedures at all times.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to effectively order and track correct materials, perform labor projections, and develop “as-builts.”
  • Solid understanding of NEC electrical codes and installation methods.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to manage crews of 6-25 electricians.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
  • Journeyman License (preferred but not required).
