What You Bring
-Expertise in communication and learning design, with a focus on behaviour change -Ability to coach teams on responsible data and AI use, including privacy, security and governance -Strong understanding of AI and data adoption within organisations, ideally having led deployment of tools like M365 Copilot or BI/analytics platforms -Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for influence and storytelling -8+ years’ experience in data and/or change enablement, with proven enterprise-wide adoption outcomes -Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
