Tasks

-Lead weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings to monitor progress and drive improvements. -Prepare draft quarterly plans to support long-term scheduling. -Develop and optimise work plans for all agreed activities within the section. -Represent Section Managers at planning meetings, providing updates and insights. -Create Safe System of Work plans, ensuring compliance with the Rule Book. -Submit requests for green zone access and isolations. -Support the administration of the Assessment in The Line process. -Collate and manage infrastructure maintenance records. -Set up and maintain efficient filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and safety-critical documentation is handled appropriately. -Provide general administrative support to the Section Manager, using a broad range of skills to ensure smooth operations. -Maintain accurate records and update systems using MS Office and the Possession Planning System.
