Senior Specialist - Corporate Audit

Overview

Conduct internal audits, SOX compliance, and improve processes for Lennox.

Tasks

-Internal audits (including planning, execution, and reporting) -Participate in domestic and international audits to identify process efficiencies and strengthen internal controls. -Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts, including control testing and documentation. -Prepare and review audit documentation, including process maps and flowcharts, ensuring adherence to audit standards and consistency in procedures. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivering impactful solutions and support. -Perform original work as assigned by Internal Audit. -Identify opportunities for process improvements in partnership with Internal Audit and Business Compliance teams -Regularly interface with other teams and departments to understand processes and procedures, identify root cause, and effectively communicate observations and/or recommendations.

What You Bring

-Prior experience with a Big 4 audit firm is preferred. -Hands-on experience in: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in statutory and internal audits -Proven ability to coordinate with business and leadership teams for process and system improvements -SOX testing and documentation -Professional qualifications such as CA, CIA, CPA, or CISA is mandatory -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Experience working with U.S.-based companies , preferably in the manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on SOX compliance -Exposure to SAP is highly desirable.
