The Role

Overview

Provide desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT assistance for staff.

Tasks

-Document activities, solutions and other correspondence on service requests -Perform routine hardware repairs, coordinate with 3rd party vendors for additional servicing needs -Contribute to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development -Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions -Support PC and laptop hardware, Windows operating systems, install and configure additional software as needed -Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use -Assist in maintaining inventory records

What You Bring

-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field -Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft products -Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff -Must be a freshman or sophomore only (2028 and beyond graduation date)
