This role is ideal for a professional with 5–10 years of experience who can lead project coordination, client communication, and design execution across multiple sectors, with a focus on K–12 and public architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and building information modeling (BIM)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience (K–12, municipal, healthcare, or commercial architecture preferred)
- Strong knowledge of design development, detailing, and construction documentation
- Architectural license a plus
- Familiarity with construction techniques and contracts
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (preferred)
