Tasks

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Resourcer to support recruitment across all divisions of the Wiggett Group. This role will work closely with Hiring Managers, the Talent team and the Onboarding function to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality candidates including permanent hires and approved subcontractors. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting interview processes, arranging compliance checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey. -Qualify and screen CVs and profile matches -Maintain ATS accuracy and candidate notes -Arrange and schedule interviews, ensuring excellent candidate experience -Liaise with Contracts Managers and Compliance to approve subcontractors -Assist in identifying and engaging subcontractor partners across trade disciplines -Contribute to reporting and data integrity on recruitment metrics -Conduct initial screening calls -Obtain required compliance documents (certs, insurance, right to work) -Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure timely starts -Support onboarding of subcontractors into internal systems and trackers -Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, adverts, referrals and talent pools -Send interview confirmations and follow-up communications -Support offer process and pre-employment checks -Support creation and posting of job adverts

What You Bring

-Confident user of MS Office, ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -High attention to detail and strong organisation skills -Knowledge of construction, social housing or blue-collar trades is beneficial -Experience in recruitment/resourcing (internal or agency) preferred -Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
