Tasks

-Prepare Civil MTOs, project cost estimates, tender documentation, and conduct tender evaluations. -Lead site earthwork planning and land development initiatives. -Deliver civil engineering services that meet Worley’s and its clients’ standards, as well as applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget. -Manage Civil Engineering resource hours and scheduling. -Design railroad systems and related infrastructure. -Prepare Stormwater Management Plans, including retention/detention ponds, lift stations, controlled discharge systems, and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans. -Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies between Worley’s and clients’ requirements. -Prepare and review civil engineering specifications, calculations, and technical reports. -Supervise, guide, and mentor junior and intermediate civil engineering staff. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on civil engineering matters. -Design site grading, drainage systems, haul roads, crossings, access roads, and facilities infrastructure. -Design underground utilities, including culverts and subdrains. -Identify issues and develop effective solutions, seeking guidance when necessary. -Advise Lead Engineers, Project Management, and other disciplines on environmental law requirements relevant to projects. -Stay current with the latest developments, innovations, and best practices in civil engineering.

What You Bring

-Experience in estimating project costs and preparing technical proposal content. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. -In-depth knowledge of local and international civil engineering standards and regulatory requirements. -Proficiency in civil engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain immediately upon hire. -Proven experience in project leadership and team management. -Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. -Experience in multidisciplinary projects and collaborative team environments. -Working knowledge of related engineering disciplines. -Strong technical and practical engineering skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely work. -Minimum 12 years of relevant civil engineering experience. -Strong understanding of civil earthworks design, including environmental and geotechnical considerations.
