The Role
Overview
Sell and support CAT parts/services, grow accounts, and provide customer solutions.

Tasks
-Performs equipment inspections to include certified used equipment, warranty inspections, certified truck service, and customer repair inspections. -Resolve customer issues. -Assists salesmen with customer presentations -Provides input on annual forecasts for territory potential. -Keeps good customer records. -Markets and sells the value of CAT parts and service. -Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC. -Find new markets, customers, and applications within the territory. -Develop good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers. -Communicates with the Aftermarket Sales Manager to relay parts and service opportunities as well as progress on tasks assigned, etc. -Establishes customer relationships. -Works with Customer Account Managers and Parts and Service Managers on goals and marketing ideas.

What You Bring
-Advanced computer skills essential (Word Documents, PowerPoint, Excel, Etc.) -Ability to work extra hours at short notice. -2+ Years of Service and Parts experience are minimally required. -Must have and maintain a clean driving record. -Proven leadership ability. -Must be able to effectively communicate with individuals both verbally and written. -1+ Years of Sales experience preferred. -Ability to think strategically, make decisions, develop relationships, handle conflict, negotiate, present ideas, use resources effectively, and display mechanical aptitude.
