A key focus of this role is to foster a performance-driven culture through strong leadership, conflict resolution, and structured performance management. The role also acts as a central point of contact for key clients in the region, ensuring service excellence, operational alignment, and ongoing contract relationship management. The Perth Regional Delivery Lead – NDT Inspection Services is responsible for the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of NDT and inspection services across Perth and regional WA. This role leads the local technician workforce, manages end-to-end project delivery, and works closely with the broader operations team to ensure seamless coordination of resources. -Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and contract stakeholders. -Contribute to business improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing across regions. -Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all activities. -Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, technician capability, and service quality. -Collaborate with regional and national teams to address resource shortfalls and delivery constraints. -Support training and certification pathways for local staff in alignment with business needs. -Act as the primary operational interface for Perth-based and regional clients. -Lead regular operational reviews and reporting activities. -Delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and cost targets. -Ensure all services are delivered to agreed KPIs, commercial terms, and client expectations. -Plan and deliver inspection scopes from initial client brief to job completion. -Apply emotional intelligence and active listening to ensure issues are resolved constructively. -Manage project schedules, technician deployment, and technical resource availability. -Lead, supervise, and mentor the Perth-based technical team. -Address and mediate interpersonal or operational conflicts within the team swiftly and professionally. -Manage performance through regular check-ins, reviews, and coaching conversations. -Promote a positive, safety-first team culture built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect. -Conduct onboarding, induction, and workforce planning activities.

What You Bring
-Proven leadership experience in a technical or field operations role. -Minimum 5+ years’ experience in NDT, inspection, or asset integrity services. -Commercial acumen and ability to manage client relationships in line with contract expectations. -Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness. -Experience in coordinating regional or multi-site service delivery. -Compliance with internal systems, safety performance, and team culture indicators. -Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. -Relevant NDT L2 qualifications (ISO9712 AINDT/PCN) preferred. -Proactive and fair in conflict resolution and team management. -Analytical and process-oriented approach to workforce planning and delivery. -Working knowledge of HSE, quality, and compliance systems within inspection environments.
