The Role

Overview

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot CNC, PLC, VFD, and robotics electrical systems.

Tasks

-Apply knowledge of components, devices and equipment used in industrial equipment applications and the related electronics including AC and DC motors, motors controls, electronic drives, PLC, instrumentation and sensors. -Maintain and repair electrical aspects of CNC machine tools, PLC ladder, VFD motors, and robotics -Maintain and modify machine tools, process equipment and facilities -Install, modify, troubleshoot, test and repair electrical and electronic control systems up to 600V

What You Bring

-Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology/Mechatronics OR High School Diploma/GED with Military Advanced Electronics Training Course -Strong electrical fundamental and safety knowledge (electrical schematics, NFPA 79, LOTO) -Ability and willingness to work off shifts and weekends -Prior experience with operating systems, software and ladder logic (Fanuc, Siemens) used in PLC systems to diagnose and repair circuits to restore operation. -Familiarity with electrical motors and control circuits -Minimum 3 years work experience in Manufacturing Facility in a technical maintenance role -Diagnose problems, plan and complete work required, identify and order parts -Ability and willingness to work either 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) Monday - Friday.
