Tasks

-Support preparation of proposals, agreements and documentation packs. -Handle client queries and provide updates throughout the application process. -This is a key role supporting the front-line sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey from initial enquiry through to drawdown. -Work closely with the Asset Finance sales team to support deal progression, onboarding and documentation. -Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.

What You Bring

*Please note that applicants must be based in Ireland full-time and with full working rights. -Experience in asset finance or leasing would be an advantage, but not essential. -The role will be predominantly remote but would ideally suit a candidate based in the North-West of the country (Mayo, Donegal, Sligo) -A proactive communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. -Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. -1–2 years’ experience in a sales support, client services or administration role (ideally within financial services, lending, or leasing). -Comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy.
