  • Skills in undertaking a co-operative and flexible work style to work in a team environment;
  • Member of Engineers Australia;
  • Demonstrating high level project management skills while accomplishing project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner;
  • High level consulting and client management skills;
  • Skills in managing competing priorities and working under pressure;
  • Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex nature;
  • Business planning, budgeting and commercial acumen;
  • Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and specifications;
  • Proven project management skills (achieving prescribed budget, timeframe and client requirements);
  • 15+ years’ relevant professional experience in the design, delivery and project management of Coastal Projects with a focus on seawall, breakwater design and revetments.
