As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will be a key member of our technical team, contributing to the delivery of innovative fire safety strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including environmental designers, building services engineers, and sustainability consultants—to develop integrated fire engineering solutions that support safe, efficient, and climate-positive buildings

  • Review and approve design deliverables including drawings, schematics, schedules, technical reports, and specifications.
  • Develop and apply fire engineering strategies using CFD modelling and tools such as Pyrosim, Pathfinder, and CFAST.
  • Take lead responsibility for coordination between disciplines within the office and with external consultants.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal disciplines and with external consultants.
  • Ensure technical quality, compliance, performance, and consistency across all Fire Engineering design outputs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
  • Support business development through client engagement and proposal writing.

  • Degree in Fire Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in fire modelling software and relevant codes/standards.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Proven experience in delivering fire engineering solutions in the built environment.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership (e.g., IFE, CEng).
