Tasks

-Following the career roadmap supplied by mentors. -Contacting clients daily -Partnering with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute their individualized real estate investment strategies -Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends -Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables, and research -Collaborating with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”, while operating with a “team player” mentality. -Marketing investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors

Can work autonomously as well as group to build consensus. Requires strong ability to learn, and problem solve in real time.
