Lead pipework team to deliver civil infrastructure projects safely, on time and to quality

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Monitor compliance with safety andenvironmental requirements -Direction and monitoring of Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and plant hirers -Maintain daily record of site activities -Ensure clients quality expectations are being met / exceeded (in accordance with spec) -Maintain compliance with construction program -Arrangement of Plant, Labour and material resources for project -Daily monitoring of activity costs -Report all non-conformances and assist recommendations for remedial work -Control of survey requirements

What You Bring

-Proven leadership skills -Thorough understanding of OHS and environmental requirements -Good communication skills -Attention to detail -Proven ability to constantly deliver high quality construction projects within budget and program constraints -Current driver’s licence -Must have experience in minor civil infrastructure works and or urban development projects -Have experience in shoring -Pipelaying experience is highly regarded. -Have a thorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for all site related activities -Strong sense of teamwork -Certificate III in Civil Construction
