Tasks

-Customer Focus: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to enhance system reliability and productivity -Technical Support: Offering after-sales technical and commercial support to clients, and gathering feedback to assist in future product development -Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: You’ll be hands-on, solving challenges to keep systems running smoothly -On-Site Maintenance: Conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments

What You Bring

-Experience: Previous experience as a Service Engineer in the municipal market. Knowledge of sewage and drinking water treatment sites. -Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, offering solutions and handling challenging conversations. -Qualifications: NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar or even working towards would be ideal but not essential. -Time Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. -Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
