The Role

Overview

Manage and coordinate MEP services delivery for Dublin construction projects.

Tasks

-Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project -Inspect all installation works against the approved quality plan -Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services -Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team -Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle, including: -Coordinate design team information and details in line with project delivery timelines -Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest safety standards

What You Bring

Due to continued expansion we require an Electrical Package Manager for Dublin-based projects. -6+ years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor -Previous project experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential, pharmaceutical, data centres) -Chartered or working towards chartership -Strong IT skills -Relevant third-level degree -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
