Tasks
-Develop and present clear, concise, and defensible opinions regarding construction defects. -Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes. -Provide expert witness testimony in legal disputes and insurance claims. -Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and problems, including active or completed construction projects. -Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, building codes, and relevant regulations. -Perform on-site investigations, review contracts and legal documents, and meticulously report findings.

What You Bring
-Proven track record in litigation support, expert witness testimony, and insurance claim resolution. -Extensive experience in construction forensics, defect consulting, and related fields. -Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously. -Ability to conduct physical presence and capability in Idaho is required. -Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Professional Engineer (PE) license or General Contractor (GC) license.
