Tasks

-Organize and manage complex tasks, whether completing the work independently or delegating to others. -Facilitate various client engagements, such as interactive workshops and visioning sessions, with both executives and employees. -Be a resource in the firm for knowledge of current trends and shifts in the world of work, as well as be a leader in creative and strategic thinking for complex project processes and space solutions. -Work closely with studio members across the firm in various office locations.

What You Bring

-Show a passion for researching workplace performance and space utilization statistics with the ability to apply this information to projects and client-specific goals. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, collaborative, and creative environment. -Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills are imperative. -Some travel will be required for this position. -Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with both clients and teammates. -Bachelor's degree is required in interior design or related field of study. -Experience and/or certifications in change management is not required but is preferred. -A combined 5+ years’ experience as a designer and/or in data gathering, data synthesizing, and research. -Ability to develop and execute strategies to pursue new projects or clients. -Exhibit a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment. -Effective time management, with proven success at balancing multiple projects at once.
