The Role
Overview
Manage inventory, inbound/outbound shipping, and store administration.
Key Responsibilities
- stock management
- receipt processing
- calibration checking
- shipping coordination
- document updating
- team liaison
Tasks
-Keeping a clean and tidy warehouse -Liaising with Sales / Projects teams / Engineers / Purchasing / Customers -Attend any Teams meetings as requested -Putting stock away into correct locations (both on the shelf and on the system) -Receipt of materials -Raising any issues with correct departments -Calibration checking -Adhering to H&S regulations -Managing shared Stores Inbox (Queries, requests, issues) -Shipping using UPS (direct), and World Options (DHL. FedEx, TNT) -Keeping all documents up to date in real-time -Controlling levels of consumables / stock (maintain stock accuracy) -Attend training session when required

What You Bring
-Experience with ERP systems -Able to prioritise -Experience with Salesforce -Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams) -Attention to detail -Stocktaking (when required) -Able to use own initiative -5s Audit / walkabout (monthly) -Able to work towards targets / deadlines -Able to manage own workload -Good communication, both written and verbal (emails, phone, in person) -Knowledge of international shipping & customs -Able to work well under pressure
