Tasks

-Maintain asset baselines and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and TasNetworks policies. -Provide escalation and resolution for desktop incidents and problems. -Lead and support End User Compute initiatives and solutions across the enterprise. -Drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience and desktop technologies. -Identify, design, and deploy automation and system software solutions to streamline support.

What You Bring

-Experience with configuration management (e.g. Group Policy) and application delivery technologies. -Flexibility to work outside business hours and travel across the state (driver’s licence required). -Experience creating and updating Windows SOE configurations, device drivers and applications package in SCCM and Intune. -Understanding of mobility and modern end-user compute trends. -Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware, drivers, Windows OS, PowerShell. -Experience in the utilities sector or similar IT environments (advantageous). -Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
