Financial Systems Analyst

Overview

Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM financial systems and related processes.

Tasks

Help develop user guides and training for each EPM application Assist with SOX control documentation for internal and external auditors In coordination with IT partners – support new user provisioning and existing user security updates Assist internal stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting/analytics requests Monitor monthly close process and load data into EPBCS via data integration and forms to ensure timely close processes Coordinate issue resolution with Director of Financial Systems and external technical support providers Providing troubleshooting and support to end users Assisting with system upgrades and new feature implementations Assist with regression testing in support of Oracle EPM monthly version releases Support day-to-date activities within each EPM application Maintain metadata (using EDMCS) to accommodate new business structures and reorganizations Maintain internal and external security policies, documentation, and testing for controls compliance

What You Bring

Experience with Essbase, Calc scripts, SQL, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas and pivot tables High degree of attention to detail and organization Financial systems background with Hyperion/EPM experience, preferred Knowledge in financial processes and dependencies between ERP (SAP) and Oracle EPM systems Familiarity with Oracle EPM systems (FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS) Strong communication skills and ability to liaison with other departments Understanding of basic accounts and financial analysis and reporting 3 to 5 years of work experience with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
