Overview

Launches and stabilizes new market operations for single-family residential installs.

Tasks

-Coordinate material vendors and ensure job readiness -Work with cross functional groups to source and onboard local subcontractors across all scopes -Manage the new market through an initial ramp-up until job flow is consistent and sustainable -Partner with the Business Development Manager to grow the new market -Set up job tracking systems using Streamline and implement QC protocols -Train and oversee initial labor and staffing needs -Achieve volume and quality benchmarks to enable a successful handoff -Act as the primary point-of-contact for new builder relationships

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, previous experience in project and vendor management a plus. -High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. -Organized and efficient approach to business, with professional style and communications. -Valid driver's license with a good driving record. -Commitment and desire to learn including construction software and other company systems.
